OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR TRANSACTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by PoofyPins, LLC, 7260 Commerce Circle East, Minneapolis, MN 55432. The administrator is Andrew McRoberts. The Site is PoofyPins.com. The Sweepstakes page is PoofyPins.com/sweepstakes, the Official Rules are at PoofyPins.com/pages/sweepstakes-rules, and the Winners List is at PoofyPins.com/pages/sweepstakes-winners.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight United States and District of Columbia who, when entering, are physically located in that territory, have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, have a valid email address, and can receive the Prize at a valid street address in that territory. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and locations outside the territory are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, persons materially involved in administration, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. PERIOD AND TIMEKEEPING
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on August 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 3, 2026. Shopify's recorded order-created timestamp, using the store timezone America/Chicago, controls purchase entries. For mail entries, the U.S. Postal Service postmark and Sponsor's documented mail-retrieval date control.
4. HOW TO ENTER; ONE ENTRY PER PERSON
Limit one entry per eligible person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method. Multiple purchases do not create additional entries.
Purchase Entry. An eligible person who completes a purchase through PoofyPins.com during the Sweepstakes Period containing at least one adult diaper product listed in PoofyPins' Diapers category automatically receives one entry when the order includes a valid customer email address. There is no minimum purchase amount. The order must be shipped within the eligible territory and must not be a test, draft, wholesale, resale, marketplace, fraudulent, fully cancelled, fully refunded, fully reversed, charged-back, or unfulfillable order. A partial return, exchange, or refund does not invalidate the entry when at least one qualifying adult diaper product remains in the final transaction.
Free Mail-In Entry. Legibly handwrite or print on a card or sheet of paper: full legal name, date of birth, mailing address, daytime telephone number, valid email address, and “2026 StarryNights Birthday Sweepstakes — I have read and agree to the Official Rules.” Mail one entry per stamped envelope to PoofyPins, LLC — 2026 StarryNights Birthday Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2196, Burnsville, MN 55337. Entries must be postmarked by September 3, 2026 and received by September 17, 2026. A P.O. box may be used for entry, but a verified winner must provide a valid street address for Prize delivery.
Purchase and mail entries receive equal treatment and equal odds. A person who appears through both methods receives one entry, not two. Minor formatting defects that do not prevent verification of eligibility or intent to enter will not alone cause disqualification.
5. PRIZE
One Grand Prize: ten cases of forty StarryNights Diapers each, 400 units total. The stated product approximate retail value is $1,350 and estimated standard shipping is $300, for a total stated approximate retail value of $1,650.
After verification, Sponsor will make ten no-charge installments available, approximately monthly. Each installment consists of one 40-unit case in an available size and no-charge standard shipping to one valid street address in the eligible territory. Expedited service, special handling, forwarding, reshipment caused by an incorrect address, and service outside the territory are not included. Each checkout link will have a written redemption deadline at least sixty calendar days after activation. Sponsor will manually disable an unused link after the deadline. If a Sponsor- or platform-caused failure prevents timely redemption, Sponsor will provide a replacement method and reasonable extension.
The Prize is nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute an equal-or-greater-value product or fulfillment method if reasonably necessary. Materially damaged or lost shipments will be handled under the standard described in Section 9.
6. DRAWING AND ODDS
A documented random drawing will occur three calendar days after the actual final mail pickup. The drawing will select one potential winner and up to five ordered alternates. If no eligible entries are received, no Prize will be awarded. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
7. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by email and, when available, telephone within two business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days and complete verification within fourteen calendar days unless Sponsor grants a written extension. Verification may include confirmation of age, residence, identity, shipping address, eligibility, and a liability release to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor will not routinely request a Social Security number or Form W-9 for the stated $1,650 Prize.
A potential winner who is ineligible, cannot be verified, refuses the Prize, misses a stated deadline without an approved extension, or cannot be located after reasonable documented attempts forfeits the Prize. Sponsor may then contact the next ordered alternate.
8. TAXES
The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The stated $1,650 Prize is below the $2,000 federal information-return threshold applicable to prizes paid in calendar year 2026. Sponsor therefore does not expect to issue Form 1099-MISC or collect Form W-9 under the ordinary federal rule. Sponsor will comply if the actual value paid in a calendar year or another circumstance creates a reporting obligation.
9. SHIPPING LOSS AND DAMAGE
The winner should report material shipping damage within fourteen calendar days after delivery and provide reasonable photographs of the shipping container, label, and affected product. Sponsor may allow more time or different evidence for good cause. Cosmetic outer-packaging damage that does not impair safety, sanitation, usability, quantity, or material condition does not require replacement.
A shipment is treated as lost when the carrier formally confirms loss, approves a loss claim, or the carrier's published investigation or claim-waiting period has expired without delivery or location of the shipment. Sponsor will replace materially damaged product or a shipment treated as lost.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor may disqualify entries obtained through fraud, tampering, automated or mass-produced methods, misrepresentation, or attempts to exceed the entry limit. Sponsor is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control but will use reasonable efforts to preserve fair administration and eligible entries already received.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and persons materially involved in administration or fulfillment from claims arising from participation or acceptance or use of the Prize, except claims that cannot legally be waived. Nothing in these Rules limits nonwaivable rights or remedies.
Minnesota law governs except where an entrant's home-state law provides nonwaivable protections. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, any payment processor, shipping carrier, or social-media platform.
11. PRIVACY
Sponsor uses entry information only to administer entries, verify eligibility, conduct the drawing, fulfill the Prize, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and respond to requests. Entry does not enroll the customer in unrelated marketing.
12. WINNERS LIST
The verified winner's first name, last initial, city, and state will be posted at PoofyPins.com/pages/sweepstakes-winners within fourteen days after verification and retained there for at least ninety days.
