An Update on Presale Shipping

Greetings and Happy New Year to all our Poofy pals! We hope your holidays were filled with love, warmth, and magical moments with your friends and family.

Jumping right into it, we know a delay is not what everyone wants to hear when getting an update on presales. But shipping of presales will be delayed to the end of January/start of February.

Our shipment was originally supposed to set sail at the end of November and presale shipping was planned for the end of December. But due to invoicing and banking delays, as well as a second moved cutoff date for the cargo ship, our shipment was delayed significantly and will now be arriving at port on January 24th. Then, from the port (in Tacoma, WA), a truck will be taking the container and transport it to us here in Minneapolis; which will take about a week to arrive.

We expect the container to arrive by the end of January, with presale shipping beginning as soon as we have the product in-hand and unloaded.

But it won't be too long until we have StarryNights in all sizes! We can't wait to see everyone padded and geared up for a grand cosmic adventure!

In light of these delays, we are including a $5 off coupon with all presale orders when they ship.
