StarryNights Available in All Sizes!

Since our last update at the start of February, our container had gone on quite an adventure to get here at last!

We were fully expecting the arrival of said container on February 4th, but at the scheduled time it was supposed to be there we got a call from the trucking company, who was doing the last-mile delivery, that they could not locate the container at the railyard.

Several calls were made, no answers were given. This went on everyday for a solid week straight. We were told several things, none of which actually produced any solid answer to the question, "Where is the container?" We were told it was confused with another container with a similar ID number. That maybe it got left at the port because they didn't have room on the train. They then told us they checked the railyard cameras and said it was never pulled off the train and was likely on its way back to Tacoma, WA. 

A week later on February 10th we got a call that afternoon that they got word it was back in Tacoma. But then on the following morning, the 11th, we got a call from the trucking company again, this time they were saying they'd be there in two hours with the container in tow.

We were shocked, but thrilled that it was back in Minneapolis and someone finally had eyes on it. Just, we now had to scramble and find volunteers last minute to unload it! And did we find volunteers!

We had the truck driver drop the trailer off, which gave us plenty of time to organize help and unload it without time constraints. We ended up having fifteen wonderful folks show up to help. With so many fabulous people helping, we got the full container unloaded in 2 hours and 15 minutes! Our volunteers all got a case of diapers in their size and we all devoured a bunch of pizza afterward!

But, it wasn't over for the Husbun and I (yes, it's just two of us at Poofy!). We were up bright and early the next day and again on Friday to get all the preorders packed up, labeled, and ready for pickup.

We know so many of you have been wanting to try them in your size and we can't wait to hear what you all have to say about them!

With StarryNights now here, what print will we be doing next..? Another non-character print geared towards our fellow Middles? Something with cute critters in the design for the Littles? Or maybe something even simpler our fellow Diaper Lover would want to add to their stash?

The future holds so many possibilities that we want to make into reality and we hope you'll continue to be along for the ride with us as we grow our small business into something bigger!
